I bought this program a while ago, for a function it couldn’t do, but it is, in my opinion, the BEST mp3 creator.

This cd burner allowed me to copy music off of my computer onto a cd. The sound cuality was excellent. When I went to listen to the cd there were no skips or jumps. The actuall process of burning songs was not long at all. It takes about 20 minuntes depending on the speed of your computer. If you are looking for an inexpensive device to burn songs off of your computer, this is the product. It sure beats paying 20 dollars per cd at a cd store. Buy this now!!!

I bought this product on-line to convert wav files to MP3. I tried calling Magix numerous times for help and kept getting bounced around from department to department. I eventually got annoyed at the snobby voice which kept transferring me to the operator, who said wait a minute without hearing my question and was gone. I was left in cyberspace never-never land. I would never buy anything else from this company, they seem to have no customer service skills and the ratings I have read have all been similar. Try the freebies on the NET, this product is terrible!!

This program is horrible with a capital “H”!!! I bought it about 6 months ago because my Rio software wasn’t working. It doesn’t read the portable device (Rio 800) and you can’t go to the settings to configure that. And when I emailed Magix, forget it!! They replied about 2 weeks later, saying that I needed Blitz software (or something to do with my Rio not having Blitz) and that I needed to use my Rio software. This program is only good for reading and burning CD tracks and that’s all. Don’t try copying songs to a portable. The worst part is that I couldn’t take it back to the store I bought it from. Please don’t waste your money on this. You might as well use this CD as a coaster for your drinks.
