Computer Support Pro. Says Don’t Buy This!,
I have 25 years experience in computers, including years in computer support. I deem this software “not ready for prime time”. You will not only waste your money, you will waste a lot of time that you will never get back, and you will subject yourself to a lot of aggrivation that could affect your health. I am surprised that Amazon continues to offer it.
First, the program seems to install very nicely. It’s when you try to copy a video that you run into trouble. Then it doesn’t come with a manual. I have never seen commercial software that didn’t come with a manual. This installation connects you to their website during installation, so why not download the manual???
When you have a functional problem, you cannot get support. What you get is faq’s or some trivial troubleshooting tips, or a forum full of others who can’t get theirs to work either.
I could get it to copy the video to hard drive, but when it came to burning the video to the same type of DVD it copied from, it would not recognize it, or any other type of DVD eiter. One time it called for double layer DVD’s, which I went out a bought, but that didn’t work either.
Save your money. Save your precious time. Save your mental health.

|Don’t waste your money,
Don’t be fooled by the fake good reviews you may see on the internet. All of the 123 Copy/MediaMax products are junk. They don’t work as advertised…period! You will always have problems from DVD’s not burning, to DVD’s not playing on regular dvd players, to sound and video out of sync. I’ll say it again…don’t waste your money on these products. I learned this the hard way!
