A Joke!,
My sons laptop was stolen at college and we thought we had a chance of finding it due to the extra money ($99.00) that we paid Apple for this product. Well, what a joke!
On the box it says that we would get back the 99.00 at least if they did not find the laptop in 30 days. This company didn’t find our laptop and won’t even return our money for the product as it guaranteed right on the box.
I feel extremely upset that Apple deals with this co. and that it gave us a false security. It was a total waste of money! Don’t EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Tell your friends!

|Do Not Buy,
I had this installed for 3 years without issue. However, after having a password issue with my account, I have received less than stellar support. Wait, that is not fair. To have received support, some effort must have been made. They have made none.
I’ve tried web support to no effect. I’ve tried the phone to no resolution. 877 number for Absolute told me to redial and choose another option. What option? They didn’t know. Then someone told me to contact Digital River and called them, they referred me back to the folks that told me to call them. 90 minutes on the phone and I’m now submitting a dispute via my credit card company.
I would agree with another users comment. All their funds are put into marketing alone.
